This Is Personal
Recruit2Work is not about me, it’s about the women I serve.
I remember what it felt like to have to figure it out without the right support, to carry responsibility and still be expected to make it all work.
I am a woman, a veteran, a mother, a friend, and a member of the Dallas community. This work is both professional and deeply personal to me. I am no longer content with talking about the changes that need to happen. I am committed to being in the trenches to make those changes real.
Recruit2Work is built on the belief that work should support a woman’s life, not define it.
Too often, women are forced to choose between stability and responsibility. I don’t accept that as the standard. This work is faith-driven and intentional, grounded in understanding the realities women navigate every day, and the responsibility to place them in environments where they can be consistent, supported, and stable.
My focus is simple: ensure the work aligns with her life so she can move forward, not just get by, but build the life she sees for herself.
My motto is simple: It takes everybody to help everybody.
I lead with service, and integrity is my badge of honor. I don’t take lightly the trust it takes for someone to allow me into their journey. For me, the reward is not just placement, it’s positioning. Positioning women to have their needs met, so they can support their families, serve in their communities, and ultimately, encourage another woman.
